A Birth of a Promise

Hey Woman of Truth,

As we enter this week, let us reflect on the precious movement that took place in the heart of Jesus earthly mother, Mary. A daughter chosen by God to carry His son and bring a blessing not only through her but for many generations to come.

The fulfillment of this promise is evident in the Bible, as it says, "All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" (which means "God with us").

This passage emphasizes the significance of Mary's role in bringing forth Jesus, the Son of God. Despite her young age and initial doubts, God's presence was with her every step of the way. He guided her and protected her as she carried the burden of bearing the Messiah within her.

God's presence extends beyond Mary's experience. He is present in our sacred spaces, asking us to carry out tasks that may seem bigger than us. However, it is important to remember that He has a plan for our lives, and His purpose is always to bring life and hope.

As His daughters, we carry within us the potential to bring life and blessing to others. We may not be chosen to carry the Son of God, but we do have unique gifts and abilities that are meant to do great things in God's kingdom.

So, what are you carrying? The promise God has in store for you is not barren but is growing and becoming a birthing of something new. Trust in Him, and let go of any fears or doubts.

As we enter this week, I think about precious movement that took place in the heart’s Jesus earthly mother, Mary. A daughter chosen by God to carry His son. to bring a blessing not only through her but for many generations to come. Mary, being in her teens was given this honor to carry out the promise had marked for her life.
